Time and attendance systems are a must for every firm poised on expanding its workforce
Time and attendance systems should be viewed as key components for every company planning to extend its workforce, and the same applies for a Cwmbran-based software company that has revealed plans to triple its ranks over the next two years after securing backing from the Wales Technology Seed Fund.
Hudman provides cloud-based business management and accountancy software to the manufacturing, engineering and construction industries and managed to secure £150,000 through Finance Wales’ Technology Seed Fund to facilitate growth over the next two years.
The investment has enabled it to add to its existing team of software developers and sales consultants with plans to expand its sales and marketing team later in the year.
Paul Driscoll, commercial director, who founded the company in 2005, said: "This significant investment from Finance Wales has allowed us to bolster our team and means we can strategically plot our growth over the next two years, as well as adding a further 18 employees by 2019.
"Our immediate priority is to promote our award winning Enterprise Resource Planning software as an affordable alternative to existing software packages that have traditionally cost businesses tens of thousands of pounds every year."
Businesses that plan to expand their team and win further business should also consider the deployment of advanced time and attendance systems, and this is exactly where Time & Attendance – Wales can really help.
