Refurbished hotel for sale
The Dragon, a grade-II listed hotel in the town of Montgomery, is up for sale for over a million pounds.
The former coaching inn has a traditional timber exterior but is fully refurbished on the inside. It has 20 bedrooms, a bar, a pool, a restaurant that can serve 40 covers at once, and a cottage for owners or managers. It was purchased and refurbished in 2013, doubling net revenue, and it now being sold as the owners pursue other interests.
