Maritime engineering firm doubles staff within a year after being bought out of administration
A Pembroke Dock-based maritime engineering company has more than doubled its staff after being bought out of administration a year ago, a recent news report in the locals business media has been able to find.
Mainstay Marine Solutions was bought out of administration in May 2014 by a group of nine investors and has since grown from 27 employees in June 2014 to 60.
Stewart Graves, managing director of Mainstay Marine Solutions, said: "The last 12 months have seen a lot of positive changes for the business, both in its working practices and culture.
"We already had a proud maritime heritage and a track record for quality craftsmanship. Our focus over the last 12 months has been on extending our reputation for reliability and providing innovative engineering and design solutions."
