Cut sickness levels at the workplace using automatic absence reporting

A new report highlights astonishing sickness levels in the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot area. The figures show that 30 per cent of adults are living with a limiting long-term illness in the Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board region. An action plan is being put into effect by the health board, as it said the organisation should set an example. In Neath and Port Talbot the average number of working days or shifts lost through sickness absence is 11.3 days.
