Communications’ firm to create 300 new jobs in Cwmbran

A sturdy and reliable employee management system is certainly a must have for any company that plans to take on board multiple new employees, and that’s exactly the case with Griffin Place Communications’ (GPC), a new Welsh company that was set up with support from the Welsh Government.

GPC is a contact centre outsourcer specialising in customer care and lead generation and plans to create 300 jobs over the course of the next year at its new site in Cwmbran.

The new positions are for inbound customer care, outbound telesales, team leaders, training and compliance managers, as well as IT assistants and receptionists.

Economy minister Edwina Hart said: "This is a welcome addition to the highly successful contact centre industry in Wales that employs around 30,000 people and set to grow.

"It’s great news that the new centre plans to create a substantial number of jobs creating a range of new employment opportunities for local people."
