Clocking station gives factories total control over EU regulations

Council services in Wales were limited because of a one-day strike over pensions on Wednesday. In Blaenau Gwent there were no council services operating except for a selection of emergency services such as Meals on Wheels. Monmouthshire Council said the strike affected “some” of its services, with a list of open council buildings posted on the council’s website. Torfaen council operated a bank holiday level of service with libraries, leisure centres, community education and youth/play facilities all closing for the day.
