New jobs created as builders merchants opens new branch in Aberdare
Multiple new jobs have been created as a builders merchant has opened a new branch in Aberdare, a new report in the local business media has been able to find.
Ten jobs have been created with a further four employees set to be taken on by the end of 2016 by LBS Builders Merchants, a news report has found.
Trading has now started at the new branch following the redevelopment of the yard, warehouse and shop area.
The new outlet, on a site formerly occupied by Mendham’s Building Supplies, was acquired in 2015,with LBS represented by law firm JCP Solicitors.
LBS managing director Mark Davies said: "Aberdare, our sixteenth site, represents a significant investment for LBS and will allow us to develop our business along the Cynon Valley.
"The Aberdare branch represents a new format for us with all our trading brands on one site, Total Plumbing, Casey’s Roofing, Civils and Middleton Kitchens and Bathrooms."
