Welsh businesses reveal plans to bolster spending

Time and attendance monitoring and employee management systems are likely to be on the Welsh companies’ acquisitions list as they plan to boost spending next year.

Data obtained from the latest Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) survey suggests that 28% of firms plan to increase capital investment in the next financial year, although just around 23% of them said that they are optimistic about the coming three months.

FSB Wales Policy Advisor Josh Miles said: "That is hardly surprising given the difficult times that so many business owners in Wales have faced in the wake of the economic crisis."

Investing in a system designed to help streamline workforce and skill management across an organization is certainly a must for all companies looking to develop in a very solid and sustainable manner.
