Jobs salvaged after Pembrokeshire abattoir is bought out of administration

Over thirty jobs were salvaged after a Pembrokeshire-based abattoir business was bought out of administration by another business with shared directors, a news report in the local business media was able to reveal.

The deal has helped rescue 34 jobs at the Haverfordwest-based Pembrokeshire Meat Company (2008) Ltd, which provides slaughtering services for local farms. The business also offers 24-hour emergency slaughter for casualty animals and is responsible for the Welsh Assembly contract for the killing of animals afflicted by tuberculosis.

Any company that’s faced with the prospect of cutting its staff numbers should also consider a serious optimization of its business processes, and this is exactly where Time & Attendance – Wales can help, since our company offers a very comprehensive set of products aimed at minimizing all of the HR-related costs.

Our advanced hardware and software solutions allow customers to easily remove staff from the database, but also to restrict access rights for the members of an organization to a specific location, when one of our Access Control systems has also been installed on the premises.
