Up to 9 absence codes can be stored in business clocking station
A jury at Newport Crown Court failed to reach a verdict on the two counts of fraud faced by a doctor from Monmouth, and a new trial will be ordered. It is alleged 45-year-old Dr Lucy Dawson was earning money by working elsewhere while on sick leave from her hospital in Gwent. The charges relate to two periods of sick leave Dr Dawson took – between October 13 and 23, 2009; and November 9, 2009, to May 14, 2010.
